Return & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery. The item needs to be in its original condition, no stains, no washed clothing, no perfumes and they need to be returned with our price tag attached. 

Orders are limited to ONE exchange only.

Every piece of clothing that is bought with a discount can not be changed or returned. THEY ARE FINAL SALES! For any returns, customer is responsible for any shipping rates. 

Swimsuits are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@shopfiaboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
